Last year GSK’s digital team delivered a presentation entitled ‘transformation is a thrill ride’ which delved into the impact of digital transformation on the healthcare sector. So where is the healthcare sector today, not least for legacy brands whose story is ever-evolving, hour-by-hour?
Drawing upon thirty years’ experience in design and innovation in healthcare, Andrew views designing an experience, creating distinctive and memorable assets, and joining all creative dots as the key challenges – and opportunity – for the year ahead.
The talk will delve into how design impacts the customer experience across all touch-points. Crucially, it will plug the gaps where design and digital function in healthcare are not being synergistically met – for both staff and customers.
