The Creative Class does not reflect society as a whole. We are all guardians of The Creative Industries and we are failing it.
In an experiment to ‘hack’ ourselves Beyond developed 14 Frameworks to create a more diverse and inclusive studio, taking best practice models from outside of the industry and adapting them to fit the needs of flexible, progressive organisations. We have rolled these out in an MVP style and the results have been quite astonishing with extreme organic growth in headcount and revenue, backed by high engagement scores and external recognition and awards.
We are going to open source these frameworks to the industry to help accelerate the D&I revolution in the creative sector.
